Reporting to the VP of Marketing Services and Global Communications, this position designs and implements strategic global internal, external and investor/corporate communications and corporate reputation programs. Ensures support of and alignment with our business, culture, vision, mission and values.

Internal and External Communications:

  • Oversees key communication projects including articulation and participation in strategy development, writing content, key messages, overseeing design and print production, stakeholder review and distribution.
  • Effectively collaborates with various internal teams to determine communication needs, and provides internal communication support which includes written communications, print, social media/digital media and inter/intranet initiatives.
  • Performs event planning and development of related communication materials that guide events.
  • Develops effective employee communications by increasing transparency to employee engagement, utilizing tools (such as intranet), company website, and other forums as mediums.

Investor/Public Relations:

  • Implements, and manages the organization’s strategic investor relations communications and initiatives to optimize and reinforce the company’s brand and image in the press and online.
  • Acts as liaison between the various business functions and investor relations, and effectively serves as the company spokesperson to the press and industry representatives.
  • Additionally, acts as a liaison with accounting, finance and valuations to research investor inquiries, develop new disclosures and to confirm the accuracy of disclosures in the company’s presentations and press releases.
  • Provides thoughtful input on content development for investor relations presentations, executive management perspectives, SEC filings, annual 10K reports and disclosures and the company’s investor relations website design and content.
  • Participates in the development of strategic messaging for quarterly earnings reporting, including the preparation of presentations, conference call scripts, press releases, speaker Q&Q’s and executing all logistical details related to the earnings call and public dissemination of the earnings information.
  • Oversees design and implementation of the Company's annual report ensuring consistent strategic messaging and alignment with/support of brand and organizational initiatives.
  • Oversees the design and implementation of the Company’s annual shareholder meeting and related communications, including, but not limited to annual meeting scripts, presentations, audio visual materials, press releases, Q&A’s.  Ensure consistent strategic messaging and alignment with/ support of brand and organizational initiatives.
  • Prepares executives for media interactions, internal communications and public appearances; this includes developing briefing materials and presentations.

Knowledge & Background Requirements:

  • Demonstrated solid understanding of and ability to understand strategic objectives, financial performance and operations to effectively incorporate into communications, which support culture while delivering key messages.
  • Experience developing communications content for various internal and external audiences, including industry, partners, clients, financial, and media.
  • Solid financial comprehension with ability to translate complex financial topics into understandable terms.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Open and willing to learn new things and continuous improvement, Embraces change and challenges alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining adherence to timely completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, senior management and business partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional collaborative skills and strong ability to utilize constructive criticism effectively.
  • Ability to extract salient information from multiple sources and synthesize information effectively.
