![]() Scott White Scott has over 15 years of experience in executive search, consulting, and non-profits. While Scott’s industry experience includes consumer products, technology, manufacturing, and financial services, he has developed special expertise in healthcare recruiting. Prior to joining Chaloner Associates, he worked for a British-based employee and communications consulting firm, Smythe Dorward Lambert, which was acquired by Porter Novelli. Earlier, he worked for Keane Consulting Group, Brown University and the American Red Cross. For many of his clients, Scott has trained employees at levels on how to conduct effective behaviorally-based interviews. He has worked with clients to customize interview protocols to include probing functional questions and ones that assess cultural fit. Scott earned his MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University. Scott served as a Big Brother for seven years and volunteered at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston. He currently serves as a Mentor with the Point Foundation, an organization which provides financial support, mentoring, and leadership training to meritorious students who are marginalized due to sexual orientation. |
