Aline Sredni, Chief of Staff - Center for Reproductive Rights

Chaloner is pleased to announce that Aline Treiger Sredni has joined the Center for Reproductive Rights as their Chief of Staff. In this role, Aline will serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing strategic and operational support to optimize impact, facilitate timely decision-making, and drive organizational alignment on the Center's highest priorities.

Aline brings over six years of experience advising senior executives at Meta, most recently as Business Lead to the Head of Business Marketing, where she partnered with leadership to define the strategy and operating model for the global team. Prior to that role, she served as Chief of Staff to the Head of WhatsApp, managing top priorities, aligning the CEO's engagements, and helping to shape cross-functional initiatives for a product used by three billion people worldwide.

Earlier at Meta, Aline served as Public Policy Manager for Global Policy Engagements and as the Executive Briefer to the President of Global Affairs & Communications.

Before joining Meta, Aline worked in the U.S. Senate as Special Assistant and Deputy Director of Advance to Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), and also served as a Legislative Aide to Illinois State Representative Carol Ammons.

Aline holds a B.A. in Global Studies and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.A. in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University.
