Christina Bailey Shaver - Deputy Director of Policy, West, Clean Energy Buyers Association

Chaloner is pleased to announce that Christina Bailey Shaver has joined the Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) as their Deputy Director of Policy in the West. In this role, Christina will advance clean energy policy priorities across the western states to support renewable energy development and infrastructure modernization.

Christina brings extensive experience in government affairs, policy advocacy, and coalition building. Prior to joining CEBA, she served as Manager of Government Affairs for the Pacific Northwest at Invenergy, where she provided strategic guidance across five states and built multi-state lobbying coalitions. Before that, she spent over eight years at NV Energy as Senior Government Affairs Adviser, where she fostered relationships with government officials, managed policy analysis on electric vehicle infrastructure and renewable asset development and directed grassroots efforts to achieve strategic objectives.

Earlier in her career, Christina held various legislative and government affairs roles, including positions with the Nevada Assembly Democratic Caucus, Majority Leader John Oceguera, and the Nevada Cancer Institute, where she developed deep expertise in policy development and stakeholder engagement.
