Chaloner is pleased to announce that Ellie Potter has joined the Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) as the Deputy Director, Policy and Advocacy Communications. In this role, Ellie will play a crucial role in advancing the organization’s mission of low-cost, affordable, carbon emissions free grids by developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support federal, regional, and international clean energy advocacy efforts.

Ellie began her career in local journalism, reporting on state and local politics and the impacts of energy on people's lives She moved to Washington D.C. to take a reporting position with S&P Global, first covering coal and mining and evolving to a broader beat of the comprehensive energy landscape, including coal mining, oil and gas policy, and electricity policy, with a focus on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). For the past nearly three years, Ellie served as the Senior Public Affairs Manager, Macro Grid Initiative at the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACOR).
