Chaloner is pleased to announce that EmmaBeck has joined the Peterson Center on Healthcare as Associate Director,Communications.
Emma Beck is a seasoned communicationsprofessional with more than a decade of experience spanning global health,public affairs, and advocacy for mission-driven organizations. Most recently,she served as Vice President of Corporate Purpose and Social Impact at FINNPartners, and prior to that ran Imprint Communications, her own strategiccommunications consultancy serving clients including the International Women'sMedia Foundation, YLabs Global, and Georgetown Law's Center for Innovations inCommunity Safety.
Before launching her consultancy, Emma spentnearly seven years at Population Services International, where she rose toSenior Corporate Communications Manager and led the organization's first-everintegrated paid, earned, and owned media strategy. She managed a communicationsteam of three, oversaw global storytelling and advocacy training across PSI's40-country network, and drove high-profile initiatives including co-launchingthe World Health Organization's #SayZero HIV campaign at the 2023 IAS Conference.Earlier in her career, she held communications and public affairs roles atQorvis MSLGROUP and LEVICK, where she built expertise in internationalrepresentation, crisis communications, and women's health advocacy. Emma holdsa B.A. in Journalism with minors in International Studies and Psychology fromAmerican University.
