Richard England at CEBA

Chaloner is pleased to announce that Richard England has joined the Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) as the Senior Director of Government Affairs. In this role, Richard is a  senior leader on the Government Affairs team and oversees the relationship between CEBA’s 400+ corporate member’s Government Affairs teams, members of Congress and other relevant stakeholders. He will also play a critical role in developing and executing CEBA’s campaign strategy for policy projection and advocacy. 

Rich has over 15 years of federal, trade association and corporate experience. He spent his early years doing energy policy analysis work, particularly in oil and gas. It was on The Hill where his deep interest and passion for clean energy grew. Most recently, Rich led Government Affairs for Corio Generation, a wind electric power generation organization where he drove policy and regulatory due diligence for M&A transactions and federal offshore wind leasing opportunities.
